Summer Fun Day 2019

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Our SUMMER FUN DAY is set for Thursday, June 27, 2019. Make your plans to support this fund-raising venture.  Each child is asked to purchase an armband for $1,000.00 to “Ride All Day” or a $300.00 armband for everyone else (child or adult) as entry fee only. Children with $300.00 armbands must purchase tickets for rides.

Parents, we are depending on you for the donation of food items or cash needed to cover expenses for Fun Day. If you can solicit donations from a company please ask your child’s teacher or at the office for a letter to the company. Parents of each grade are being asked to donate various items. Please look at the list and indicate on the form below what you can donate or solicit.


GRADES  1 & 2 Whole chickens, parts or quarters
GRADE 3Bottled Drinks, bottled  water,  juices,  sodas,  bag juice,  7 oz & 12 oz cold cups, block ice, party ice, straws


Pastries, cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, franks, hot dog rolls, sliced hard-dough bread,
GRADES  5 & 6Rice,  red peas,  coconut milk powder,  cooking oil,  ketchup, mustard, hot dog relish,  barbeque sauce, flour & cornmeal or festival mix,  foil,  forks,  serviettes,   paper towels, curry goat lunch boxes.


Let us make this Fun Day the biggest and best ever. Thank you in advance for your support. Fill in form below and return by Friday, June 21, 2019 or persons may submit their donation commitments via the school’s website.

 Please deliver chicken donations by Monday, June 24, 2019.

Bread, rolls, pastries, cakes, donuts etc…are to be delivered on Wednesday, June 26, 2019
