End of Year Bulletin
The school year has now come to a close and despite the many challenges we are grateful to God who kept us throughout this entire ordeal. As we look towards the future, the commitment and support of all stakeholders will be crucial to the re-opening process. Please take a moment to read the following notices and act accordingly.
OFFICE OPENING HOURS
Please note our offices will be open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All queries will be dealt with on these days. For those parents who wish to reach the school urgently, kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and your requests/queries will be dealt with as soon as possible.
Reports cards will be distributed electronically on Friday, July 17, 2020. Based on instructions from the Ministry of Education, your end of year report will not include the lockdown period due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, no grades will be entered for the summer period. Hard copies of these reports can be collected on Thursday, July 23, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please note the attached schedule for the collection of these reports. Each child will be given a printed report at no cost. However, should you need additional copies, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be placed in your child’s envelope. Each additional copy will cost $350.00. Kindly make pick up and make your payment at the bookroom.

Persons who wish to purchase uniforms may call Aunty Tracey/Miss. Aarons at 876-928-4996/876-630-6194/876-618-1024 with orders. For persons who wish to place their orders with Ms. Nevins, who makes all uniforms, her number is 876-792-3064/876-841-5738. If you know your child’s size, you may also email your orders to email@example.com.
Be advised that we are still waiting on the Ministry of Education to approve our booklists. As soon as these lists are ready, they will be forwarded by WhatsApp and they will also be posted on the school’s website. Also attached to this message is a price list with items that are on sale in the book room. Note, we will not be having our usual book sale this year, but items that were in our inventory are being sold at a reduced cost. Parents are being urged to take advantage of these really good deals.
In order to ensure that all parents are made aware of the plans for the upcoming school year, we will be hosting sensitization sessions at various times throughout the summer. These sessions will be conducted via the Zoom platform and can accommodate only 100 participants at a time. Therefore, a schedule of these sessions will be forwarded to you in the very near future so please look out for same.
We look forward to having your continued support for the upcoming school year. All the very best.
